326 pages. Internally very good; pages clean and tight. There is some tanned to pages 158-9 where a leaf has been placed between the pages. Pages 14-17 also have some tanning and foxing to them. Prize label to front paste-down. Tissue-guarded frontispiece. Gilt text block. Endpapers are foxed. Hinge cracked inside front and back cover, binding feels a little unstable. Blue embossed decorative cloth cover with gilt lettering and illustration has light scuffing to corners, darkening to edges and sunning to spine. There is a water stain to back and some light rubbing. Title panel on spine has small chips to it.
