green boards with gold titles to spine. Moderate shelf-wear to cover, mainly around spine, edges and corners. fading to spine and to the top edges of front and back covers. a cluster of small ink spots are visible to the top left side of the front cover. internally, maps of France can be seen to the front and back endpapers. these contain some foxing, especially to the flyleaf side. some scuffing can be seen to the back endpaper side of map and a small rip to the front flyleaf side of map. inscription also to one of the front flyleaf pages. tanning throughout, particularly to pages edges. overall, this copy has some wearing and tanning but is in a good condition with no major damages.
